Jim Kealy provided the scans for this book. There's no date for this one, but Jim tells me these were large collections printed in the UK, as the title page shows. The table of contents lists an impressive number of Blackhawk stories. All the stories were printed in black and white. This was labeled "No. 1". There was no No. 2.
