Jim Kealy provided the scan at right. Published in 1965, this British comic collection reprinted several Blackhawk stories, including The Human Clay Pigeons and The Blackhawk Robinson Crusoes (both from Blackhawk #118), and 20,000 Leagues Beneath the Earth (from Blackhawk #114).
