The Crash of 88: Weng Chan (Chop-Chop) crashes a Blackhawk Express C-54 in Sumango while flying a top-secret cargo. The local dictator takes the cargo and uses it to creat a powerful energy being which he uses to whip up on Superman and Green Lantern. Chan and Black Canary deactivate the machine and save the bacon of the super-powered dudes. We get a shadowy image on a monitor screen which we are led to believe is Blackhawk, still head honcho of the board of Blackhawk Express and connected in a big way to the intelligence community.
