The Creature with 1000 Powers!: Super criminal called the Dragon (who flies a B-47 like airplane) uses an alien creature with amazing powers to commit crimes. The Rainbow Blackhawks: The Blackhawks wear different colored uniforms to combat a criminal scientist who uses colored ray beams to commit crimes.
