November 1959The Alien Blackhawk Chief: Symar, from the planet Venus (but apparently of a completely different race than the Venusians seen in No. 129), convince the team that they must accept his leadership to combat dangerous alien elements loose on Earth. Note appearances by the War Wheel and the Flying Tank.
The Super Blackhawk: Andre gains temporary super powers when he inhales strange fumes in a cave. Uses a neat trick when he turns a hollow tree into a jet by blowing into a hole in its side.
The Iron Birds of Prey: The first appearance by King Condor, who releases flocks of robot birds from his large, condor shaped airplane to attack the Blackhawks. Blackie comes to the rescue, defeating the mechanical birds.
