The Phantom Spy: Evil scientist, Professor Proxy, always seems to know exactly how to counter what ever weapon the Blackhawks use against him. But it's not a human spy, he's planted a double for Blackie, the mascot. This story has a larger than usual number of weird devices, like the giant magnet-mobile.

The Crimes of Captain Cutlass: A bankrupt playboy turns his collection of replica ancient ships into weapons of crime.

The Shanghaied Blackhawks: Aliens capture Blackhawk, Stan and Chop-Chop and test them along with other captured aliens to see who will be easy to defeat and conquer. But Blackhawk has convinced his fellow alien captives to fake weaknesses opposite of their true powers and they then use those powers to escape.
