The Feast of Jugar: Jugaria, last stronghold of absolute monarchy is ravaged by famine in the aftermath of war, and life hangs by a thread of American relief supplies. A black market ring, lead by Countess Sulana and Prime Minister Jugar, is taking the relief supplies. The people revolt, killing them both and saving the Blackhawks in the process.
