Lockheed F-94 Starfire

The character of Lady Blackhawk was introduced in issue No. 133. Zinda Blake was an experienced aviatrix and adventuer who tried to join the Blackhawks. She was eventually admitted as an honorary member. Obviously, a wealthy young woman, she flew her own jet airplane in Blackhawk livery. It may have been intended to be a Lockheed F-80, which was an old enough plane that perhaps a private citizen could have acquired one, but it was invariably drawn with a long cylindrical nose that looked to me like that of the F-94 Starfire (which, after all, used many components of the F-80).
